High back chair with open arms and straight carved finials.  The flat arm rests are supported by fine turned spindles.

The quadrangular legs that form the frame under the seat are joined with a straight stretcher at the back of the chair and an ornate pierced carving.

The bottom floor level rail of the underframe extends to the front and back of the chair by 1/16 inch. 

Upholstered in a green linen with gold flowers woven into the fabric.
