1:12 Scale – Flat Pack Kit – Easily assembled
This is an original designed kit from Majestic Mansions transitioned to a laser cut kit at Laser Dollhouse Designs. The Saint Charles is reminiscent of those fine old houses in the French Quarter.
Many detailed features including:
- Six rooms, a porch and balcony area
- Two detailed interior staircases with railings
- Laser cut porch rails designed to more represent the architectural fretwork iron railings seen within the French Quarter
- Main roof running trim
- Six classic single windows, three detailed interior doors and two classic single doors
The Saint Charles is made from 1/4 inch cabinet grade Baltic Birch and is open on one side.

Each room measures approximately 12 x 13 inches = 30.5 x 33cm
